Preparation
- Blend the dates and walnuts until a coarse texture is obtained.
- Add the grated apple, the oats, the cinnamon and the honey.
- Mix until a homogeneous dough is obtained.
- Form small balls by hand.
- Place them 30 minutes in the fridge before serving.
Tip: they keep for 4 to 5 days in the fridge, perfect for preparing snacks in advance!
