Ingredients

  • A small handful of Fidafruit walnuts
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 50 g oat flakes
  • 8 Fidafruit pitted dates
  • 1 apple (finely grated)

Preparation

Preparation

  1. Blend the dates and walnuts until a coarse texture is obtained.
  2. Add the grated apple, the oats, the cinnamon and the honey.
  3. Mix until a homogeneous dough is obtained.
  4. Form small balls by hand.
  5. Place them 30 minutes in the fridge before serving.

Tip: they keep for 4 to 5 days in the fridge, perfect for preparing snacks in advance!
