Chocolate and Brazil nut brownies
Ingredients
- 100g shelled Fidafruit Brazil nuts
- 150g soft butter
- 150g sugar
- 100g flour
- 200g chocolate
- 3 eggs
- 1 tsp cinnamon
Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 180°C
- Mix the butter with the sugar and cinnamon
- Incorporate the eggs into the mixture
- Add the flour and mix
- Melt the chocolate in a bain-marie
- Add the chocolate to the preparation and mix
- Roughly chop the Brazil nuts and add them to the preparation
- Pour the preparation into a previously buttered tin.
- Bake for about thirty minutes
