Ingredients

  • 100g shelled Fidafruit Brazil nuts
  • 150g soft butter
  • 150g sugar
  • 100g flour
  • 200g chocolate
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 tsp cinnamon

Preparation

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C
  2. Mix the butter with the sugar and cinnamon
  3. Incorporate the eggs into the mixture
  4. Add the flour and mix
  5. Melt the chocolate in a bain-marie
  6. Add the chocolate to the preparation and mix
  7. Roughly chop the Brazil nuts and add them to the preparation
  8. Pour the preparation into a previously buttered tin.
  9. Bake for about thirty minutes
