Chia Fresca
Ingredients
- 200ml water
- 2 tablespoons chia seeds
- 1 organic lemon juice
- ½ tablespoon agave syrup (optional)
Preparation
- In a jar, add the chia seeds and water and mix.
- Leave to rest for about 10 minutes to allow the chia seeds to swell.
- When done, mix.
- Add the lemon juice and agave syrup and mix.
