Ingredients

  • 100g Fidafruit sesame seeds
  • 100g chopped Fidafruit almonds
  • 100g chopped Fidafruit walnut kernels
  • 50g chopped Fidafruit hazelnuts
  • 250g butter
  • 115g caster sugar
  • Powdered sugar
  • 125ml oil
  • 2 eggs
  • 8g yeast
  • 750g flour

Preparation

  1. Preheat your oven to 180°
  2. In a container, add the butter and caster sugar and knead them by hand
  3. Add the oil and the eggs and mix
  4. Add half the flour, the yeast and the dried fruits and mix
  5. Add the other half of the flour
  6. Form balls of 25 to 30 grams and sprinkle them with icing sugar
  7. Place the balls on parchment paper and shape them as you wish
  8. Bake at 180° for about 30 minutes
