Ghriba with nuts and dried fruit
Ingredients
- 100g Fidafruit sesame seeds
- 100g chopped Fidafruit almonds
- 100g chopped Fidafruit walnut kernels
- 50g chopped Fidafruit hazelnuts
- 250g butter
- 115g caster sugar
- Powdered sugar
- 125ml oil
- 2 eggs
- 8g yeast
- 750g flour
Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 180°
- In a container, add the butter and caster sugar and knead them by hand
- Add the oil and the eggs and mix
- Add half the flour, the yeast and the dried fruits and mix
- Add the other half of the flour
- Form balls of 25 to 30 grams and sprinkle them with icing sugar
- Place the balls on parchment paper and shape them as you wish
- Bake at 180° for about 30 minutes
