- In a frying pan, add the desired quantity of seeds.
- Toast over medium-high heat, without any fat.
- Keep an eye on them, don't do like our Community Manager who has already let them burn several times... (yes, that's me <3)
- When the seeds begin to brown, remove from the heat.
- Pour the seeds into an airtight container.
Pull them out when you're making a salad or a good soup! :-)
