Almond tapenade
Ingredients
- 200g pitted green olives
- 1 handful of Fidafruit shelled brown almonds
- Parmesan to taste
- Olive oil
- 1 garlic clove
- Poivre
Preparation
- Drain the olives.
- Add all the ingredients to your blender and blend to the desired texture (we like to keep a little crunch of the almonds)
- Adjust the seasoning to taste
- Spoon into an airtight jar and refrigerate.
- Enjoy while fresh :-)
