1. Preheat the oven to 180°C
2. In a bowl, mix the flour, yeast, sugar, cocoa, cinnamon and butter until you get a sandy consistency.
3. Add the agave syrup and the milk to the preparation and knead.
4. Roll out the dough with a rolling pin and cut out small coffins with a knife.
5. Place the coffins on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake for about 15 minutes.
6. Cut the dried apricots into small pieces.
7. Melt the chocolate in a bain-marie and brush the cooled shortbread then add the dried fruits.
8. Let everything set and enjoy!
