Ingredients

  • 1 ripe banana
  • 1/2 apple peeled and chopped
  • 250 ml almond milk
  • 1 tbsp almond powder
  • 1 tsp honey or maple syrup
  • 1 pinch of cinnamon
  • A few chopped almonds for the topping

Preparation

  1. Cut the banana and the apple into pieces.
  2. In a blender, add the fruits, almond milk, almond powder and honey.
  3. Blend until a very smooth and creamy texture is obtained.
  4. Pour into a glass, sprinkle with cinnamon and add a few crushed almonds.
  5. Enjoy immediately for an explosion of flavours!

💡 Astuce : For a frozen version, use a frozen banana or add ice cubes! ❄️
