Hiker's granola bars
Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon peanut butter
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 100g oat flakes
- 200g Fidabio Medjool dates
- 100g Fidafruit walnut kernels
- 50g Fidafruit pecans
- 50g Fidafruit almonds
- 50g Fidafruit green pistachios
- 50g Fidafruit raisins
- Cinnamon powder
Preparation
- Pit the Medjool dates, soak them for about 10 minutes in boiling water (off the heat) and blend them into a paste.
- Lightly blend/crush the walnut kernels, pecan nuts, green pistachios and almonds.
- In a container, mix all the ingredients.
- Pour the contents into a dish lined with baking paper and leave to set in the fridge for a few hours.
- Once hardened, cut into bars of your preferred size.
