Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon peanut butter
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 100g oat flakes
  • 200g Fidabio Medjool dates
  • 100g Fidafruit walnut kernels
  • 50g Fidafruit pecans
  • 50g Fidafruit almonds
  • 50g Fidafruit green pistachios
  • 50g Fidafruit raisins
  • Cinnamon powder

Preparation

  1. Pit the Medjool dates, soak them for about 10 minutes in boiling water (off the heat) and blend them into a paste.
  2. Lightly blend/crush the walnut kernels, pecan nuts, green pistachios and almonds.
  3. In a container, mix all the ingredients.
  4. Pour the contents into a dish lined with baking paper and leave to set in the fridge for a few hours.
  5. Once hardened, cut into bars of your preferred size.
