Healthy breakfast cookies with nuts and dried fruit
Ingredients
- Oat flakes
- 1 egg white
- Tahini
- Pitted dates
- Raisins
- Sunflower seeds
- Chia seeds
- Goji berries
- Pumpkin seeds
Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 180°C.
- Blend the dates with a little water until a paste is obtained
- Mix all the dry ingredients in a large bowl
- Add the wet ingredients and mix
- Drop spoonfuls onto a baking tray lined with baking paper, spacing them well apart
- Press them lightly to flatten them
- Bake for about 15 minutes
- Leave to cool
