Enhanced cheese with organic figs
Ingredients
- 1 Tomme Vaudoise (or another cheese of your choice)
- 4 to 5 Fidabio organic figs
Preparation
- Cut the figs through their thickness
- Using a small spoon, scoop out the "pulp" of the figs.
- Put the pulp in a piece of greaseproof paper folded in two and crush
- Create a round with a cookie cutter
- Remove the layer of pulp from the paper and add it delicately to the cheese
- Serve the cheese with our nut and dried-fruit sausage coated in praline ! :-)
