Nut and dried-fruit sausage coated with praline
Ingredients
- 5 Fidafruit pitted dates
- 100g Fidafruit apricots
- 100g Fidafruit figs
- 30g Fidafruit raisins
- 50g Fidafruit walnut kernels
- 50g Fidafruit praline
Preparation
- Cut the dried fruits (except the raisins)
- Blend everything until a sticky paste is obtained
- Crush the walnut kernels
- Add everything to a large bowl and mix with a fork
- Shape a roll with your hands (careful, it's sticky!)
- Roll the sausage in the Brazilian coating to add crunchiness
- Wrap it in baking paper and place it in the fridge for 1 hour.
- Enjoy alongside a cheese board YUM
