Soft Halloween cookies with nuts and chocolate
Ingredients
- 40 g Fidafruit raisins or cranberries
- 40 g walnuts (or Fidafruit hazelnuts), chopped
- 80 g dark chocolate chips
- 1 pinch of salt
- ½ packet baking powder
- 150 g flour
- 1 egg
- 80 g brown sugar
- 100 g softened butter
- A drizzle of melted chocolate to draw spider webs or scars
- A few sugar eyes
Preparation
Preparation:
- Preheat your oven to 180°C.
- Mix the butter and sugar until a creamy texture is obtained.
- Incorporate the egg, then add the flour, baking powder and salt.
- Add the chocolate chips, the crushed nuts and the Fidafruit dried fruits.
- Form small balls of dough, place them on a tray lined with baking paper and flatten them slightly.
- Bake for 10 to 12 minutes, until the edges are golden and the centre is still soft.
- Leave to cool, then have fun decorating with sugar eyes and a little melted chocolate to draw scary patterns.
