Soft Halloween cookies with nuts and chocolate

Ingredients

  • 40 g Fidafruit raisins or cranberries
  • 40 g walnuts (or Fidafruit hazelnuts), chopped
  • 80 g dark chocolate chips
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • ½ packet baking powder
  • 150 g flour
  • 1 egg
  • 80 g brown sugar
  • 100 g softened butter
  • A drizzle of melted chocolate to draw spider webs or scars
  • A few sugar eyes

Preparation

Preparation:

  1. Preheat your oven to 180°C.
  2. Mix the butter and sugar until a creamy texture is obtained.
  3. Incorporate the egg, then add the flour, baking powder and salt.
  4. Add the chocolate chips, the crushed nuts and the Fidafruit dried fruits.
  5. Form small balls of dough, place them on a tray lined with baking paper and flatten them slightly.
  6. Bake for 10 to 12 minutes, until the edges are golden and the centre is still soft.
  7. Leave to cool, then have fun decorating with sugar eyes and a little melted chocolate to draw scary patterns.
