Crunchy caramel peanuts
Ingredients
- 150g sugar
- 150ml water
- 250g Fidafruit salted roasted peanuts
Preparation
- Lightly toast the peanuts in a pan.
- Pour the sugar and water into a pan and heat over medium heat.
- Once you have a syrup, add the peanuts to the pan.
- Let the water evaporate while stirring from time to time.
- As soon as the water has evaporated, stir continuously until you have the desired consistency.
- Pour the preparation quickly onto baking paper and sprinkle with fleur de sel.
- Leave to cool.
- Enjoy your meal!
