Ingredients

  • 150g sugar
  • 150ml water
  • 250g Fidafruit salted roasted peanuts

Preparation

  1. Lightly toast the peanuts in a pan.
  2. Pour the sugar and water into a pan and heat over medium heat.
  3. Once you have a syrup, add the peanuts to the pan.
  4. Let the water evaporate while stirring from time to time.
  5. As soon as the water has evaporated, stir continuously until you have the desired consistency.
  6. Pour the preparation quickly onto baking paper and sprinkle with fleur de sel.
  7. Leave to cool.
  8. Enjoy your meal!
