Pear and almond tart
Ingredients
- 1 puff pastry
- 3 pears
- 125g Fidafruit almond powder
- 50g Fidafruit sliced almonds
- 100g sugar
- 100g butter
- 2 eggs
Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 200°C.
- In a salad bowl, add the softened butter, almond powder and sugar and mix with a fork.
- Beat the eggs in a bowl and add them to the previous preparation.
- Peel and cut the pears into thin slices.
- Add the dough to a tart tin.
- Pour the almond preparation into the tin.
- Place the pears on top.
- Bake for about 30 minutes.
- Meanwhile, in a pan, lightly dry-toast the flaked almonds.
- Add the roasted flaked almonds to the tart as it comes out of the oven.
