Ingredients

  • 1 puff pastry
  • 3 pears
  • 125g Fidafruit almond powder
  • 50g Fidafruit sliced almonds
  • 100g sugar
  • 100g butter
  • 2 eggs

Preparation

  1. Preheat the oven to 200°C.
  2. In a salad bowl, add the softened butter, almond powder and sugar and mix with a fork.
  3. Beat the eggs in a bowl and add them to the previous preparation.
  4. Peel and cut the pears into thin slices.
  5. Add the dough to a tart tin.
  6. Pour the almond preparation into the tin.
  7. Place the pears on top.
  8. Bake for about 30 minutes.
  9. Meanwhile, in a pan, lightly dry-toast the flaked almonds.
  10. Add the roasted flaked almonds to the tart as it comes out of the oven.
