Energy balls with nuts and oat flakes

Ingredients

  • A littleeau if needed for texture
  • 1 tbsp pure cocoa powder (optional, for a chocolate flavor)
  • 1 tbsp almond butter or peanut (no added sugar)
  • 50 g of oat flakes
  • 40 g of amandes or walnuts (unsalted)
  • 40 g of raisins or dried cranberries
  • 100 g of pitted dates (naturally soft and sweet)

Preparation

Preparation

  1. Roll (optional) in a little grated coconut, chia seeds or cocoa powder.
  2. Shape small balls with your hands.
  3. If the dough is too dry, add a spoonful of water.
  4. Add the almond purée and cocoa, then blend again.
  5. Blend until a slightly sticky paste is obtained.
  6. In a blender, put the dates, raisins (or cranberries), almonds/nuts and oats.

Storage

Keep for 3-4 days in the fridge in an airtight container.
Easily transported in a small reusable box in the schoolbag.
