Preparation
- Roll (optional) in a little grated coconut, chia seeds or cocoa powder.
- Shape small balls with your hands.
- If the dough is too dry, add a spoonful of water.
- Add the almond purée and cocoa, then blend again.
- Blend until a slightly sticky paste is obtained.
- In a blender, put the dates, raisins (or cranberries), almonds/nuts and oats.
Storage
Keep for 3-4 days in the fridge in an airtight container.
Easily transported in a small reusable box in the schoolbag.
