Energy Balls
Ingredients
- 2 handfuls of almonds
- 1 handful of hazelnuts
- 1 handful of dried cranberries
- 12 dried dates
- 10 dried figs
- 1 tablespoon oat flakes
- Coconut powder
- A glass of water
Preparation
- Blend the dried fruits/nuts and oat flakes into small pieces and set aside
- Blend the dried fruits with a little water until a paste is obtained
- In a container, mix the dough with the small pieces of dried fruit
- Shape small balls with your hands
- Coat the balls in coconut powder
