Homemade granola with nuts and dried fruit

Ingredients

  • 150g oat flakes
  • 150g puffed quinoa
  • 50g sliced almonds
  • 50g hazelnuts
  • 50g raisins
  • 30g goji berries
  • 30g pumpkin seeds
  • Dried bananas
  • Agave syrup

Preparation

  1. Heat your oven to 150°C
  2. On a baking tray, place a sheet of parchment paper
  3. In a frying pan, lightly toast without oil the flaked almonds and pumpkin seeds
  4. In a large salad bowl, add all the ingredients except the dried bananas and mix
  5. Pour the contents of the bowl onto the baking tray and bake, checking regularly.
  6. When the ingredients begin to brown, remove the tray from the oven and leave to cool
  7. Once completely cooled, break it up with a wooden spoon and add the dried bananas.
  8. Pour the granola into an airtight jar.

NB: This granola is particularly delicious with coconut-almond milk! :-)
