- Heat your oven to 150°C
- On a baking tray, place a sheet of parchment paper
- In a frying pan, lightly toast without oil the flaked almonds and pumpkin seeds
- In a large salad bowl, add all the ingredients except the dried bananas and mix
- Pour the contents of the bowl onto the baking tray and bake, checking regularly.
- When the ingredients begin to brown, remove the tray from the oven and leave to cool
- Once completely cooled, break it up with a wooden spoon and add the dried bananas.
- Pour the granola into an airtight jar.
NB: This granola is particularly delicious with coconut-almond milk! :-)
