Ingredients

  • 100 g almonds
  • 1 L water
  • (+ optional: a pinch of salt, a little vanilla or a natural sweetener)

Preparation

Preparation:

  1. Soak the almonds in a large bowl of cold water for 8 to 12 hours (ideally overnight).
  2. Drain them, then rinse thoroughly.
  3. Blend the almonds with 1 L of water in a blender for 1 to 2 minutes, until a homogeneous mixture is obtained.
  4. Filter using a nut milk bag, a fine cloth or a strainer lined with a clean cloth.
  5. Pour into a sterilised glass bottle. It's ready!

Tips:

- Store in the fridge for 3 to 4 days.
- Don't throw away the almond pulp: it can be used in your homemade biscuits, cakes or granolas.
