Preparation:
- Soak the almonds in a large bowl of cold water for 8 to 12 hours (ideally overnight).
- Drain them, then rinse thoroughly.
- Blend the almonds with 1 L of water in a blender for 1 to 2 minutes, until a homogeneous mixture is obtained.
- Filter using a nut milk bag, a fine cloth or a strainer lined with a clean cloth.
- Pour into a sterilised glass bottle. It's ready!
Tips:
- Store in the fridge for 3 to 4 days.
- Don't throw away the almond pulp: it can be used in your homemade biscuits, cakes or granolas.
