- Cut the Medjool dates lengthwise and remove the stones
- Pour a small handful of shelled green pistachios into a blender and roughly chop.
- Add a teaspoon of peanut butter inside
- Sprinkle with green pistachios and place in the fridge for at least 1 hour
NB: For sweet-and-salty lovers, add a small pinch of coarse salt before placing them in the fridge. :-)
