Goat cheese salad with figs and walnut kernels
Ingredients
- 100g salad
- 75g arugula
- 1 goat cheese log
- 5 Fidafruit glucose-coated figs
- 50g Fidafruit walnut kernels
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon liquid honey
- 1 tablespoon sherry vinegar
- Raspberry balsamic cream
- Sel
- Poivre
Preparation
- Cut the figs into pieces
- Cut the goat's cheese logs into slices
- In a bowl, make a vinaigrette with olive oil, 1 teaspoon of honey, sherry vinegar, salt and pepper
- On plates, distribute the salad, goat's cheese, figs and walnut kernels
- Add the rocket and the raspberry balsamic cream at the time of serving
- Season with salt and pepper.
